Our founder began his career as a disability support worker, providing hands-on support to some of the most vulnerable members of the community. It was in this role that he developed a deep appreciation for compassion, dignity, and the life-changing impact of quality care.

Technological Expansion

With time, his career expanded into the technology sector, where he gained experience in digital transformation, AI, and business systems across large Australian organisations. This combination of frontline care experience and advanced technical capability created a unique perspective—one that blends humanity with innovation.

VET Sector Experience

Along the way, he also developed significant experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, contributing to training, compliance, curriculum development, and student support. This experience shaped his vision for a modern RTO: one that delivers practical skills, embraces new technology, and prepares learners for the real world.
